Status: The website has been entirely installed. Upgrades will continue to be installed, and the published information will continue to be brought up-to-date.
Item 3 – Nominations and Elections

During the 1st quarter of 2006, conduct our association's first nomination and election of our President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Status: Our current Board of Directors have volunteered to remain as our elected officers. (Project closed effective 1-25-2006).
Item 4 – Membership Communications

Communicate important current Organizational and Project information via e-mail to members and ensure that this information is posted on our HLCA website by Website Manager. Also, coordinate with the Membership Roster Manager regarding current members and their new or changed E-mail IDs.
Members not using or not having e-mail function may stay informed via a friend or relative, or by using our New Carlisle Library computers. A link to our homepage is posted on their menu.
Status: Our Membership Communications Network has been installed and is being maintained as required.

Status: The roster has been installed and is being maintained as required..

Comprehensive Lake Upgrade
Diagnose and resolve current lake issues: 1. lake water level, 2. water quality, 3. excessive plant growth, 4. sediment buildup in common areas and 5. invasive nuisance species of plants and animals.
Procure monetary support from political channels, corporations, county foundations and local merchants.
Environmental Grant Foundations
Investigate our eligibility for funds from a list of forty (40) subject websites. Also research other grant possibilities via the internet and from other sources. The duties of the Grant Foundations Specialist are separate and apart from the grants being pursued by our Executive Officers.
MISSION STATEMENT - Promote and strive to continually upgrade the quality of the conservation and recreation of Hudson Lake.
PURPOSE OF CORPORATION - This Nonprofit Corporation is formed for the betterment and preservation of Hudson Lake. This commitment is to include, but not be limited to upgrade: its water quality and level, its shoreline and recreational needs of Hudson Lake. All of which will be done with the proper and required permitting from the United States Army (Corp of Engineers), State of Indiana and County of LaPorte required agencies.
